Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Upon registration, users are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. 316i reserves the right to verify user identity through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process requiring valid identification documents. Accounts created using false information or another person's identity will be suspended or closed without prior notice.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login credentials. Any activity that occurs under a user's account is the responsibility of that user. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact [email protected] immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.
One Account Per User
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 316i platform. Owning more than one account is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended with balances frozen pending investigation. Users who have accidentally created duplicate accounts should contact customer support for assistance.
